We should have an on-site office in the next few weeks, and out electrical and water permits are already set up.  We should be receiving funds from The Real Estate Council Foundation within a week to get this work complete.   The Real Estate Council has already given technical expertise and has funded significant costs for infrastructure and planning.

Planning and zoning is continuing along as scheduled.  Our final submission was received by the City of Dallas on April 19, and we hope to hear back in the next few weeks.  Additionally, there is a lot of worked planned by Habitat for Humanity in the area.  We are working with them to coordinate our schedules.  It is amazing that there is so  much momentum in the area between Habitat, the new Trinity River Audubon Center, and improvements to the Trinity River!

Tightening down our business plan and searching for funding was a major point of discussion today.  We had a great time discussion how to work our business plan around what has already started and new curriculums in the context of the vision of the entire project.
